Welcoming Taranjot to the Team!

We’re excited to officially welcome Taranjot Singh Chopra to the team as our new KTP Associate.

Taranjot joins us full time through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Strathclyde, supported by the West of Scotland KTP Centre and Innovate UK. Over the next two years, he’ll be working with us to help scale and commercialise GIRFEC Connect—our care management platform designed to support residential care providers and education services with outcome monitoring and data-driven insights.

We’re thrilled to have him on board as we take the next big steps with GIRFEC Connect. His background in innovation, strategy, and project management makes him a great fit for the work ahead. Together, we’ll be focusing on delivering real value to residential care providers, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the sector and continues to support better outcomes for young people across Scotland.

This is a key moment in the development of GIRFEC Connect and an exciting milestone for our team. With Taranjot’s support, we’re ready to take the platform further—helping more care providers digitise, centralise, and improve how they manage and measure outcomes.
