There’s something energising about the first Brand Development Workshop of the year. Fresh thinking, ambitious goals and a renewed focus on growth all set the tone for what’s ahead. For us at Creo, kicking off 2026 with a brand workshop at our office in Glasgow felt like the perfect way to begin.
While we can’t name the client just yet, we can say this: they’re a true pioneer in their field, operating at the cutting edge of a highly specialised area of technology. This is a project with real momentum behind it, and one that will see us working across two distinct phases, each aligned with different product launches over the coming year.
From the outset, the workshop was defined by energy and engagement. Conversations were open, passionate and very collaborative. Ideas flowed from everyone in the room and, by the end, we’d actually run out of time — always a good sign!
It was clear the client cares deeply about their brand, their technology and the impact they want to make. That level of passion creates the right environment for meaningful brand development.
Brand Development is Crucial for Growth
Brand Development Workshops are designed to create clarity, not just creativity. This session allowed us to explore where the brand stands today, where it needs to go next and how it should evolve as the business grows. Importantly, it helped align everyone in the room around shared goals, challenges and opportunities.
From our perspective, the workshop confirmed that we have a strong understanding of what the client wants — and, just as importantly, why they want it. There’s clear alignment between their ambitions and where we believe the brand needs to head. That shared direction is the foundation of effective brand development and long-term success.
Over the coming weeks, our brand team will be building on the insights gathered, shaping strategy and developing concepts ahead of the next stage of the workshop process. The next step will see us present initial brand concepts back to the client, bringing structure and form to the ideas explored in the room.
