Scottish Care: Driving Digital Innovation

Scottish Care has launched a new website as part of a wider digital transformation programme to enhance the experience of its members across Scotland's independent social care sector.

Supporting around 1,000 members across 400+ care services, the new platform replaces the previous WordPress website with a modern, member-focused experience. Members can now securely access a dedicated members' area, update their own information, and stay informed with the latest sector news and insights.

Alongside the website launch, work continues on a bespoke Member CRM that will provide the Scottish Care team, Independent Sector Leads, and Branch Chairs with a central hub for managing member relationships. The CRM will enable real-time access to member information, key statistics, and improved communication, helping teams better support members while reducing administration.

This project represents a significant investment in Scottish Care's digital innovation strategy, creating a connected platform that will strengthen engagement, improve operational efficiency, and deliver greater value to members across Scotland.
