We spend so much of our time shining a light on other businesses that it’s easy to forget how important it is to pause and look inward. Brand workshops, strategy sessions, creative reviews — we deliver them every week for clients. Finding time to do the same for ourselves is a little harder.

The Creo brand workshop has been in the pipeline for a while, and on Friday we finally gathered the full team to share something long overdue: a refreshed brand direction we’re genuinely excited about.

We can’t reveal too much just yet, but we can say this — the new identity was warmly received, and the vision for our updated website went down a storm. It feels modern, confident and flexible, with the creative spark we want Creo to be known for.

Over the coming months, we’ll be shaping the full rollout, with the new brand set to launch in early 2026.

And, just as importantly, the team rounded off the day with a well-earned meal at Rishi’s on Bath Street — with one or two eyes drifting towards the World Cup draw at the same time!

Taking Time to Refresh Your Brand Identity

Refreshing your brand identity is about taking a step back, asking honest questions and making sure your brand still reflects who you are, where you’re going and the experience you want your customers to have. For many businesses, that pause never happens. Day-to-day work takes over, projects move quickly and the brand you built years ago no longer represents the ambition or personality of the team behind it.

Taking the time to review your identity creates space for fresh thinking. It allows you to reconnect with your purpose, challenge assumptions and identify what still works — and what no longer does. It’s also an opportunity to bring your team into the conversation, ensuring the brand feels collaborative, confident and aligned with the future.

For us at Creo, this process has already sparked new ideas and a renewed sense of direction.
