One of the best indicators that something works is when a client comes back for more.

We’ve recently started working again with a valued client in the serviced accommodation space, following a series of videos we created for their original apartments around a year ago.

The initial brief was simple. Create a set of clear, engaging videos that would help guests arrive, settle in and understand what’s on offer, without relying on long written instructions.

The result was a series of how-to and welcome videos, combining walkthrough footage of the apartments with wider shots of the surrounding area, including drone footage. These videos acted as a first point of contact for guests, helping them feel comfortable and informed before they even stepped through the door.

Guests could quickly understand how to access the property, what to expect and what was available locally — all delivered in a clear, personable way.

Now, as the client expands their portfolio with new apartments, they’ve returned to us to create the same style of content for their latest properties.
