McTaggart Brand Workshop: The Final Chapter

This week marked the third and final part of our brand workshop with McTaggart. We travelled out to their premises to present what we hope will become the finished article—an evolved brand identity rooted in the heritage and reputation they’ve built over the past 80 years.

This session was the culmination of months of collaboration, discussion and deep thinking about what McTaggart stands for, and where they’re going next. We expect a few final tweaks, as is always the case with brand work of this scale, but we’re confident in the direction we’ve presented. It builds on the strong foundations of the existing brand, while introducing a visual and verbal identity that feels right for the next chapter.

From the outset, this has been one of our most enjoyable and engaging workshops to date. The McTaggart team brought strong, passionate opinions to the table—exactly what we want when shaping a brand that means something. The energy in the room gave us the opportunity to really get under the skin of the business and explore what makes McTaggart different.

Once the brand is fully signed off, we’ll be getting started on their new website, with a full relaunch planned for early 2026.

We’re proud of the work so far and grateful to the McTaggart team for trusting us with a brand that’s been part of Scotland’s construction landscape for eight decades.
